Call for the second national start-up event in the field of rehabilitation technologies / sending works as videos of ideas and needs

   Announcing the holding of the second national start-up event in the field of rehabilitation technologies for people with disabilities, the elderly and veterans on December 13 and 14 of this year, the call for  3-minute videos of ideas and needs began through www.Rehabtech.ir .

    Dr. "Amirsalar Jafarpisheh", the director of the Health Technology Development Office of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, in an interview with a reporter of the University, announced the news: "This scientific and technological event was organized by the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology with the participation of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation, and several universities of medical sciences and research centers working in the field of rehabilitation technology .

    He emphasized that enthusiasts in the form of teams and groups, can now send three-minute videos of their ideas to the "ideas" section(at www.Rehabtech.ir).. Also, people with disabilities (disabled, elderly and veterans) can participate in this event by submitting their needs to the "Needs" section.

   Dr. Jafarpisheh, noting that this event is held virtually due to the covid-19 conditions , added: "It is supposed to be judged by the officials of the technology departments of the participating universities and research centers, including the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences."  The best ideas and needs are selected and their owners will have the chance to give more explanations and descriptions of the ideas presented in the form of lectures on the first day of the event.   He added: "At the end of the event and after the competition of the teams that made it to the second stage, the top teams will be selected and will be encouraged and appreciated with gifts and facilities for technological activities."
