The Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, during the Board of Trustees meeting, while commemorating Nurses' Day and Mental Health Week, emphasized the necessity of developing welfare infrastructures for married students and fostering synergy with accelerators.
According to a report by the University's Web-Day reporter, Dr. Seyyed Ali Hosseini, the Chancellor, during the recent Board of Trustees meeting, while offering congratulations on occasions such as Nurses' Day and honoring the medical and nursing staff of Razi Psychiatric Hospital and Rofeideh Rehabilitation Hospital, emphasized the pivotal role of these forces in the healthcare chain.
Referring to the programs held for Mental Health Week, he emphasized the necessity of continuing activities in this field and noted that the organization of the 26th specialized seminar on Spinal Physiotherapy, given its widespread reception, demonstrates the university's scientific capacity in hosting specialized events. Furthermore, a meeting with the Amtis Gen accelerator was mentioned, along with a review of the role of accelerators in advancing university research.
In support of married students, Dr. Hosseini identified the construction and development of married student dormitories and the facilitation of conditions for graduate students and married residents as other priorities of the university. Given the importance of students' leisure time, he also emphasized the necessity of strengthening cultural and extracurricular activities.
In the section on management and development, the necessity of cooperation and commitment from the various vice-chancellorships was emphasized regarding the provision of necessary documentation to the Development Vice-Chancellery for the formulation of the university's future budget bill. Subsequently, the Chancellor stressed the importance of the Health System Strategic Plan, the monitoring of operational programs, and the necessity of cooperation from each vice-chancellorship to improve the target indicators.
