The Student Research and Technology Committee of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, in the latest performance evaluation of the country's medical sciences universities in the year 1404, succeeded in obtaining the title of honoree among the country's Type 2 universities.
According to the university's web correspondent, the scientific and research achievements of this university at the national level were consolidated by the introduction of the Student Research and Technology Committee, which was named a top honoree among the country's Type 2 universities. This success, which was achieved based on the results of the performance evaluation of the year 1404, reflects the significant quantitative and qualitative growth of activities in the fields of research, technology, empowerment, and scientific participation of students.
Dr. Leila Ostadhashemi, Director of Research Development and Evaluation at the university, referring to the continuous and planned process for achieving this position, said: This success is the result of the continuation of efforts in various periods of the committee's activity.
Expressing appreciation for the role played by managers and experts in developing structures, she praised the efforts of the previous officials of the Student Research and Technology Committee, who played a key role in enhancing performance and achieving these valuable results.
Also at this ceremony, the role played by the current expert and managers of the committee, including Dr. Aida Ravarian (current head), Fatemeh Hosseinzadeh Khankahi (committee secretary), and Faezeh Bani Ahmadi, the center's expert, in continuing this development path was appreciated.
Alongside these structural successes, in the research section as well, the University of Rehabilitation Sciences gained numerous honors. Among these honors was the obtaining of the title of Top Researcher by Mohsen Sadeghi Yarandi, a PhD student in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, who had previously been selected at the Razi Festival of the year 1404.
In this honor-creation, students Nasim Abdipour, who presented a scientific poster, and Mohammad Taha Saadatiraad, who served as an in-person reviewer, participated in this event. Achieving a five-star ranking and the title of top honoree in Type 2 is a milestone in strengthening the research activities of students at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, and this effort will continue with the aim of developing scientific and technological participation.
