Medical Equipment and Rehabilitation Technology Incubation Center to be Inaugurated on February 15
The Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences announced the inauguration of the university's Medical Equipment and Rehabilitation Technology Incubation Center on Sunday, February 15 (26 Bahman). He stated that the center is being launched in conjunction with the Fajr Decade to develop technological activities and support innovative ideas and companies.
According to the University's Web Day correspondent, Dr. Seyed Ali Hosseini, the University Chancellor, congratulated the birth anniversaries of Wali al-Asr (AS) and Hazrat Ali Akbar (AS) during a board of directors meeting. He also honored the Fajr Decade and commemorated the memory of the late Imam Khomeini and all those who strived during those days.
Referring to the university's Technology Council meeting, he announced the opening of the Medical Equipment and Rehabilitation Technology Incubation Center, stating: "The inauguration ceremony will be held on Sunday, February 15, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, attended by managers, faculty members from engineering and technology fields, and relevant officials."
Emphasizing the university's development-oriented approach in technology, He added, "The Incubation Center is the starting point for technological development at the university. Moving forward, plans are underway to expand this field and attract more technology companies. Furthermore, coordination is underway to utilize a building outside the university campus to develop technological activities further."
Dr. Hosseini further pointed to the specific conditions of final exams and reported a joint meeting with the Vice Chancellery for Research and Technology and the directors of educational and student affairs. He noted: "In this session, students' educational and research issues were reviewed, and resolutions were passed to improve conditions, the follow-up and implementation of which are essential."
Regarding the exams, he clarified: "Attending to students' conditions and striving to solve their examination issues is a university priority. It is expected that this matter be managed in the best possible way through empathy and cooperation."
The University Chancellor also announced the issuance of the title deed for the Mazandaran dormitory in the university's name, stating: "After several months of administrative procedures, the official deed has been issued, and necessary measures for the 'productivity enhancement' (Movalled-sazi) of this building must be put on the agenda. "At the end of the meeting, the university board members reviewed the topics and requests mentioned in the session's agenda.
