Congratulatory Message from the Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences on the Occasion of Teachers’ Day and Labor Day

As we approach Teachers’ Day and Labor Day, the Chancellor of the USWR issued a message congratulating all educators and hardworking workers on these special occasions. In his message, he expressed gratitude for their invaluable roles in the progress and development of the country.

According to the university’s news reporter, Dr. Seyed Ali Hosseini emphasized the critical importance of teachers in nurturing conscious and committed generations. He stated, “Teachers are the pillars of dignity and culture in this land and the architects of future civilizations. By educating students and pupils, they lay the foundation for tomorrow’s Iran and build an advanced society.”

He also extended his congratulations to all laborers across the country, saying: “Workers are the driving force behind national progress. Even in the most challenging conditions, they have consistently contributed to the construction and growth of society.”

Dr. Hosseini paid tribute to Ayatollah Morteza Motahari, who was martyred by enemies of Islam on April 2, 1979. He added, “Professor Motahari played a lasting role not only in science and education but also in fostering ethical and cultural values within society. His martyrdom reminds us that teachers and scholars are always on the path of guidance and enlightenment.”

He expressed his appreciation for the faculty members of the university whose presence fosters societal growth and progress, wishing them continued success and prosperity.

In concluding his message, Dr. Hosseini expressed hope that teachers and workers will always be under the auspices of health and success. He emphasized: “We hope that during these days, everyone increasingly recognizes the vital role of teachers and workers in building a brighter future for our nation.”
