Memorandum of Understanding Signed to Establish a Specialized Incubator and National Innovation Center in Health and Rehabilitation
A cooperation agreement has been signed between the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences and the Knowledge-Based Company Amitis Gen Technology Development Group to establish a specialized incubator, a national innovation and technology center, and a comprehensive service center in health, rehabilitation, and wellness.
According to Web Data News, this memorandum focuses on advancing innovation and commercializing rehabilitation and health services. It aims to develop specialized facilities that leverage the capacities of both parties to support the entry of health technologies into the market, assist start-ups and knowledge-based companies, and improve the quality of health services nationwide.
Based on the terms of the agreement, both sides are committed to utilizing their expertise and capacities to launch a specialized incubator and a national innovation and technology center focused on rehabilitation needs. Additionally, a center providing clinical and technological health services will be established simultaneously.
The collaboration includes the following areas:
- Developing technological services in orthotics and prosthetics, physical medicine, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy
- Creating innovative platforms in sports, elderly care, pediatrics, and biomechanics
- Designing specialized services in dermatology, aesthetics, nutrition, psychology, and genetics
- Launching specialized clinics in speech therapy, audiology, hearing aids, and balance
The goal of this partnership is to facilitate the integration of health technologies into the market, support emerging and knowledge-based companies, and enhance the quality of health services nationwide.
A joint task force consisting of representatives from both parties will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of projects and providing periodic reports.
