The Vice Chancellor for Treatment and Rehabilitation at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, coinciding with the arrival of Doctors' Day, described physicians as the guarantors of societal health, the source of security and spiritual peace for patients, and saving angels who, with their knowledge, commitment, and noble spirit, work under divine grace to alleviate physical pain and the suffering of patients.
According to the report from the university's web correspondent, in a message by Dr. Khodai Ardakani, the university's Vice Chancellor for Treatment and Rehabilitation, on the occasion of Doctor's Day, it is stated: Imam Sadiq (AS) says: The people of any city are never in need of a discerning and trustworthy physician.
Continuing this message, he described physicians as the guarantors of societal health, the source of security and spiritual peace for patients, and saving angels who, with their knowledge, commitment, and noble spirit, work under divine grace to alleviate patients' physical pain and suffering

The Vice Chancellor for Treatment and Rehabilitation at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, noting the designation of the anniversary of the birth of the sage Avicenna as Doctor's Day, stated: This occasion is a golden opportunity to honor the position of physicians, whose profession and mission are intertwined with the highest human values, including ethical commitment and service to fellow human beings.
Dr. Khodai Ardakani emphasized: Having a prominent figure such as Ibn Sina in the history of our land places a double responsibility on the shoulders of the country's physicians to be worthy and reliable heirs to this bright star in Iran's scientific sphere through sincere efforts.
In conclusion, he congratulated all colleagues in the medical community across the country, as well as the hardworking and proud physicians of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences and its affiliated medical centers, on this auspicious day, and expressed his hope: That through empathy, unity, and divine grace, more effective steps will be taken in the path of improving the quality of medical services and preserving the human dignity of patients.
