According to the university web-day reporter, Dr. Omid Masah, an addiction researcher at the Center for Substance Abuse and Addiction Research at university of social welfare and rehabilitation sciences, noting the fundamental position of the family in the mental and social health of its members, said: The family is the first environment in which values, life skills, communication methods, and behavioral patterns are formed; therefore, it plays an essential role in preventing harms such as addiction.
