Students are the future builders of the country’s rehabilitation and social health system
The Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, in a message commemorating the start of the new academic year, congratulated new students and university staff, and described students as the future builders, emphasizing the importance of rehabilitation and social health disciplines in improving the physical and mental health of the community and in sustainable development.
According to the university’s Web Daily correspondent, alongside the start of the new academic year, Dr. Seyed Ali Hosseini, Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, spoke in a message to congratulate students and staff and highlighted the exceptional importance of rehabilitation and social health disciplines in the national health system.
In his message, Dr. Hosseini stated: “The start of the new academic year marks a new chapter in your scientific and professional life, full of responsibilities and opportunities.” He added: “Rehabilitation and social health are two fundamental pillars in enhancing the quality of life of individuals and society, and they play a very important role in improving the physical and mental health of patients and people with special needs.”
The Chancellor, referring to the university’s mission to train skilled personnel and elevate knowledge and practical skills, urged students to pursue their studies with motivation and effort to strengthen their competencies in these fields and to serve the people and society as committed and capable professionals in the future.
At the end, Dr. Hosseini wished the new academic-year students’ success, academic growth, and personal flourishing, and urged all university members to work together with collaboration and solidarity to make the year rich in scientific and social achievements.
