According to the report from the university's web correspondent, the ceremony to commemorate the memory of the Martyr Leader was held in the Shahid Ahmadi-Roshan Hall, attended by a group of the university's Board of Trustees members, the Deputy of Cultural and Student Affairs of the Ministry of Health, Hojatoleslam Seyed Mazaher Hosseini (Director of Meetings and Ceremonies at the Office of the Supreme Leader), the head of the Representative Institution of the Supreme Leader at the university, and a group of academics.
During the ceremony, Hojatoleslam Seyed Mazaher Hosseini, the Director of Meetings at the Office of the Supreme Leader, while sharing memories of that great martyr, addressed his special dedication to the field of science and universities.
He stated: The country's scientific centers are always indebted to his profound vision. The Martyr Leader always said that he would strive with all his might for the scientific growth of the country.
Referring to the Martyr Leader's student-centered approach, Hojatoleslam Hosseini clarified that in meetings with students, he would follow up on the youth's demands with complete humility and seriousness. In addition to his attention to science and research, he had a global outlook on issues, and the suffering of the oppressed in the world, especially the children of Gaza, was always reflected with concern in his conduct.
He concluded by noting: Academics should not limit themselves solely to educational activities; rather, they must strengthen religious, spiritual, and cultural foundations and, by following the Martyr Leader's spirit of martyrdom and people-orientedness, step forward in the path of serving society and defending the oppressed.
