Explaining the Indicators of Leadership and Strategic Management
Dr. Seyed Ali Hosseini, Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, referring to the 37 years of the Martyr Leader's powerful leadership and intelligent management across various fields of the revolution, stated: As an academic teacher, I consider his sincerity, humility, simplicity, and courage in macro-decisions as prominent indicators that must be institutionalized as a management model in scientific circles.
Referring to the international reflection of Iran's authority during his scientific travels, Dr. Hosseini added: His long-term and macro vision is recognized in the world today as a symbol of resistance against imperialism. Scientific discourse, hope for the future, and attention to elites—which were always emphasized by him—must become the banner of academic activities so that we may reach scientific peaks on the path of progress.
The Martyr Leader: Supporter of Science and Patron of Academics
Subsequently, Hojatoleslam Seyed Mazaher Hosseini, Director of Meetings at the Office of the Supreme Leader, while sharing memories of that great martyr, addressed his special dedication to the field of science and universities. He stated: The country's scientific centers are always indebted to his profound vision. The Martyr Leader always said that he would strive with all his might for the scientific growth of the country.
Referring to the Martyr Leader's student-centered approach, he clarified that in meetings with students, he would follow up on the youth's demands with complete humility and seriousness. In addition to his attention to science and research, he had a global outlook on issues, and the suffering of the oppressed in the world, especially the children of Gaza, was always reflected with concern in his conduct.
Hojatoleslam Hosseini concluded by noting: Academics should not limit themselves solely to educational activities; rather, they must strengthen religious, spiritual, and cultural foundations and, by following the Martyr Leader's spirit of martyrdom and people-orientedness, step forward in the path of serving society and defending the oppressed.
Dr. Masoud Habibi, the Deputy of Cultural and Student Affairs at the Ministry of Health, during the ceremony at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, identified science and technology as main pillars of national authority and the country's progress.
