The Nurse Day Commemoration Ceremony was Held
On the occasion of the blessed birth of Lady Zeynab (peace be upon her), the Nursing Day Commemoration Ceremony, organized in collaboration with Municipality District 8 of region 1 and with the presence of the servants of the Astan Quds Razavi, was held.
According to the Public Relations Office of Rofeideh Hospital, in this gathering the officials of the Office of the Representation of the Supreme Leader in the university, along with the management of the Treatment Deputy, the headquarters officials of District 8, the management team, nurses, and hospital staff, gathered in the conference hall of the center to hold the ceremonial Nursing Day event in memory of the late Professor Dr. Fereydoun Layeqi.
The meeting began with the remembrance of the late diligent physician, a member of the university faculty and former president of the hospital, the late beloved Dr. Fereydoun Layeqi, and his contributions to developing rehabilitation services, his dedication to establishing treatment wards, performing successful surgeries, and earning the satisfaction of the people through his sincere performance and attention to underserved segments of society. Subsequently, senior university officials, while congratulating this auspicious occasion, emphasized that addressing the professional aspects and duties of nursing staff is among the top priorities and outlined the actions taken.
The gathering featured a varied and entertaining program, including performances of folk music, a spoken piece, solo performances, and a competition, all dedicated to praising the noble Lady of Islam and the nursing profession. The presence of the servitors of the Astan Quds Razavi (peace be upon him) among the nurses and the visits to patients added splendor to the event.
Officials from District 8 Municipality, by presenting a bouquet to each attendee, expressed their gratitude in appreciation of the esteemed status of nurses and hospital staff.
In the end, selected members of the nursing and nursing aide fields were appreciated by reading their names and presenting them with gifts.
