The twentieth conference of the department heads and scientometrics experts at medical universities in the country, aimed at elevating scientific production and empowering experts in this field, was hosted by the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences on Shahrivar 12.
According to the university’s Web News Desk, Dr. Seyed-Ali Hosseini, Chancellor of the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences, discussed the topic at the twentieth conference held on Monday, Shahrivar 12, at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences. The event, centered on “Strategies to Enhance Scientific Production with an Empowerment Approach in Scientometrics,” represented an important step in empowering scientometrics specialists at medical universities nationwide.
Dr. Hosseini noted that the conference has been held for a decade and described its main goal as leveraging the capacities and capabilities of scientometrics specialists and experts across medical universities in the country. Given that scientometrics has established its central role over the past decade, he said, the event can further amplify its impact through expert sessions, sharing scientific and academic experiences, and training workshops, all of which contribute to the ongoing advancement of scientometrics as an indispensable field.
He described the event as an effective scholarly and research initiative for promoting the scientometrics system within medical universities and for training and empowering human resources in this domain.
