Teaching

Our qualified academics offer advanced study in social work. We develop students’ skills in different areas including theoretical and practical areas. The department seeks to develop you into a confident and competent professional by delivering social work training from the beginning of your course till the last day of your study. The students have full access to the comprehensive advanced study, clinical training and teaching, library, and recreational facilities of the only rehabilitation university in the region services.

Research

Research is the foundation for teaching and clinical practice in the social work department. The following is a list  of some of our high-priority research:

Social Policy and Social Problems, Social Planning, Social Health, Family and Child Welfare, Poverty and inequality, Violence, Antisocial Behaviors and Crimes, Substance Abuse, and social work intervention in disasters.

We Offer/Clinics                                                

Social Work is a four-year full-time course with integrated coursework. Our focus includes a broad overview of the social work profession through its work with individuals, families, groups, communities, and organizations.
