New Academic Agreements: Memorandum of Understanding Signed with Pakistani Universities
The Vice Chancellor for International Affairs at the University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences (USWR) announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with universities in Pakistan. This collaboration aims to strengthen scientific relations and facilitate the exchange of faculty and students, opening new horizons in education and research.

According to a report from the university's news agency, Dr. Mohammad Ali Mohseni Bandpey, Vice Chancellor for International Affairs at USWR, shared details about his recent trip to Pakistan, during which two MoUs were signed with the University of Lahore and the Lahore University of Biosciences and Applied Sciences (UBAS).
Dr. Mohseni Bandpey explained that the MoUs cover various areas, including joint research projects, online congresses, conferences and seminars, faculty and student exchanges, and collaborative research initiatives. The agreements were signed by Dr. Mohseni Bandpey, Professor Naeem Naqi, Vice hancellor at UBAS, and Mohammad Ashraf, Rector of the Lahore University.
The Vice Chancellor for International Affairs at USWR expressed optimism about making significant progress in fulfilling the memorandum's provisions and enhancing international relations through this agreement, leveraging the resources and research capabilities of all three universities. Dr. Mohseni Bandpey also noted that, as part of the agreement, the Specialized Spine Seminar—held by USWR for the past three decades—is scheduled to take place in a joint seminar format this year in collaboration with UBAS, set for the end of this month.
